Dr Mark Donohoe

  • 60 Minutes: $500

    45 Minutes: $375

    30 Minutes: $250

    15 Minutes: $125

    5 Minutes: $40

    Face-to-face or Telehealth

  • Three types of initial consultations;

    1. Holistic Fast Track Package* Total: $1,000 ($500 upfront, $500 on completion). More details.

    2. Complex Medical Consultation up to 90 minutes appointment. Initial visit $800. Follow up appointment $400 6 weeks after first consultation up to 45 minutes.

    3. Document review and advice. Total: $500 per hour.

  • Typically varies between 5 - 60 minutes depending on complexity.

    Please note: Billable time includes consultation duration, all pre-reading and paperwork such as scripts, pathology requests and referrals as well as communication with your other health care providers on your request.

  • Paperwork requested by you between scheduled appointments (includes scripts, referrals or medical certificates).

    $40 per 5 minutes

  • Work or reports for insurance, legal reports, or other work not related to the medical or health care of the person (typically paid by the commissioning entity. Please note fees are time based on the hourly rate + GST. Please enquire for a quote.

  • Cancellations made less than 2 working days before the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee. No shows on the day will incur 100% of the fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • At Mosman Integrative Medicine, we strive to provide excellent care and manage our appointment schedule efficiently, respecting the time of both our patients and our practitioners. We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances can arise, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request observing the following guidelines.

  • Please provide at least 2 working days if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedules accordingly and accommodate other patients who may need urgent care.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee. This fee compensates our practitioners for their time and ensures that we can continue offering timely services to all our patients.

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without informing us, a 100% no-show fee will apply.

  • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by:

    Please note that cancellations are only considered confirmed once you have received a cancellation confirmation from us.

  • We understand that emergencies and special circumstances are unavoidable and valid reasons for late cancellations. Each case will be considered individually, and we encourage you to communicate with us openly. Please inform us as soon as possible in the event of an emergency.
