Work or reports for insurance, legal reports, or other work not related to the medical or health care of the person (typically paid by the commissioning entity. Please note fees are time based on the hourly rate + GST. Please enquire for a quote.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the consultation fee.
