    We can help restore gastrointestinal health, and help treat conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), bloating, abdominal pain and discomfort. We can work with you on any food sensitivities, and show you how to introduce a low FODMAPS diet.

    Meditation at MIM

    There are so many wonderful benefits to a regular meditation practice. For starters, it trains your attention, helping you to be more present, find peace, and savour positive emotions. It has also been shown to have multiple benefits for health and wellbeing.

    At Mosman Integrative Medicine we offer Mindfulness and Vedic Meditation tuition in both small group settings and one-to-one. Our experienced senior meditation teachers can support you to establish a sustainable and rewarding home practice to help cultivate greater calm, ease and equanimity.
